  • Course materials, software access, or learning resources have been provided.
  • The student voluntarily withdraws from the course.

4. Batch Transfers

Students who are unable to attend their scheduled batch may contact the admissions team to request a batch transfer, subject to:

  • Seat availability.
  • Academic schedule.
  • Institute approval.

Batch transfers may be offered as an alternative to a refund.

5. Cancellation by MAAC KPHB

If MAAC KPHB cancels a course or is unable to commence a scheduled batch, eligible students may be offered one of the following options:

  • Transfer to the next available batch.
  • Transfer to an equivalent course, where applicable.
  • Refund of eligible fees, as determined by the institute.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the institute, including:

  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Course Name
  • Payment Receipt or Transaction Details
  • Reason for the Refund Request

The institute may request additional information or supporting documents to process the request.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking procedures, and verification requirements.

8. Non-Transferable Payments

Course fees paid by one student cannot be transferred to another student without prior written approval from MAAC KPHB.
